Your email. Your choice.
This notice covers SMBtv email signup, applications, inquiries and public course previews.
What you choose to share
Signup asks for your email and explicit permission to send SMBtv emails about business ideas, product updates and new learning content. Your name and main interest are optional. Do not send client records, financial files or other sensitive material.
Applications and inquiries
When you apply, we save your email, permission to reply, application path and industry. You may also share your name, business or current role, area of focus, LinkedIn profile and a short introduction. We use these details to review your application and discuss next steps. Applying does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Applications use the separate SMBtv intake service and are accessible only to authorized operators.
What signup means
Joining the free list does not buy a consultation, unlock paid courses or grant access. We use the information you give us for the purpose you agreed to. You can unsubscribe through the link included in the emails.
Where the information goes
The website sends signup requests to the separate SMBtv intake service, using Supabase for storage and Customer.io for email delivery. The public website does not contain the private learning area or business workspace. Access to submitted details is limited to authorized operators.
What stays out of your browser
Your email and optional details are not stored in browser storage or added to page URLs. An opaque submission reference can support retries. The public previews do not save lesson progress or collect answers to learning exercises.
Booking your call
Our consultation page embeds Google Calendar. Google receives your booking details and manages availability, reservations and confirmation under its privacy practices. Booking a call does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Local previews
The local review version sends no signup request and stores no personal details. It clearly identifies the preview steps. The public website uses the accepted live signup and inquiry services.
Your choices
Use the unsubscribe link in a received email to stop marketing messages. You can reply to an SMBtv email to ask about the information held for your signup, including a correction or deletion request.
